In an effort to facilitate the many callers who contact Pele Yoetz for guidance in shalom bayis and chinuch, the Center is now in the process of upgrading its Hotline system. Pele Yoetz, which operates under the auspices of Hagaon Harav Dovid Levy shlit”a, accepts dozens of calls every month and offers callers a wealth of information and Torah-based guidance in many realms of life.

Following the steadily-rising number of calls and frequent overburdening of the Hotline, Pele Yoetz Center’s improved Hotline system will allocate every caller one hour of guidance and counseling on an appointment-based schedule. This will enable the Center’s faculty to respond to the maximum number of calls in an effective way, without wasted time.
Pele Yoetz Center’s Hotline is supported by an external faculty of professionals who specialize in realms of chinuch, domestic harmony, consulting and counseling. When necessary, Hotline responders discreetly refer callers to the above to ensure that every individual receives the support and guidance that he needs and that his problem is effectively resolved.
