Two weeks ago, a meeting was held in the Tchechnov Talmud Torah in Ramat Shlomo that made a lasting impression. Hagaon Harav Dovid Levi, shlita, who presides over the Pele Yoetz Center, devoted some of his precious time, along with Rav Avaham Vitman, director of the Pele Yoetz Center’s “Al Pi Darko” project, to meet with Rav Chaim Beckerman, Chief Executive Officer of Tchechnov Institutions in Ramat Shlomo; Rav Halperin, the menahel ruchani; and the educational staff, in order to witness firsthand the students’ impressive ruchniyus success in all subjects.

The association between Hagaon Harav Levi, shlita and Tchechnov began a few years ago, when the school’s staff invited him and requested his guidance in the continued development of the institutions.. At that meeting, the topic of integrating “Al Pi Darko” and its staff within the Talmud Torah arose, in order to identify students who needed assistance and to get a head start on providing a solution to the students’ suffering before their problems would deepen and cause delays in their development.
The holy work of the staff of “Al Pi Darko” within the framework of the Talmud Torah recently was evaluated by Hagaon Harav Dovid Levi, shlita, who personally inspected the working methods on the school’s premises, saw the fruits of the efforts and gave further guidance. He was accompanied by “Al Pi Darko” director Rav Avraham Vitman, who also initiated the meeting and deliberated with him at length about relevant details that will help reinforce this unique project’s objectives.
The precious students were greatly impressed by this meeting, which underscored the great importance of their spiritual and material success.
