Pele Yoetz Center is pleased to announce a brand new service that will help families actualize their legal rights. The service will conduct the necessary inquiries and take steps to assist underprivileged families that are in need of evaluations and/or therapies obtain funding to cover their expenses.

“Many families are sorely unaware of their legal rights,” explains a Hotline volunteer. “In many cases, low-income families are eligible to receive substantial funding to cover the costs of evaluations and/or therapies. These grants can add up to considerable sums of money, money that they need desperately and would otherwise be forced to spend.”

This service, a natural outgrowth of many of the educational projects sponsored by Pele Yoetz Center, was founded in cooperation with Rabbi Moshe Holtzberg with the goal of enabling those who are eligible to maximize the rights and benefits granted to them by the law.

The service applies to underprivileged families that require special educational, emotional or mental treatment sessions, and that are eligible for government or other grants.
