Pele Yoetz has just marked another successful end to its latest Foundations of Therapy course, and participants enthusiastically describe all that they’ve gained throughout the past months and enumerate its many benefits. With the close of the program, the Torah world will be gaining another ten certified therapists who possess a unique approach to therapy that empowers their patients and facilitates them along the road to healing.
The Torah world has long suffered a dearth of frum therapists who possess the requisite intensive professional training, and are simultaneously faithful to Torah and the guidance of Gedolei Yisrael shlit”a. This is what inspired Pele Yoetz, the Torah world’s premier center for chinuch and mental health, to create its landmark Foundations of Therapy course. The course, as all aspects of Pele Yoetz, operates under the auspices and strict guidance of its Nasi Hagaon Harav Dovid Levy shlit”a, who personally sifts through and inspects all material to ensure that it ascribes to Torah values and our timeless mesorah. As one alumnus so accurately expressed, “This course was taught on an extraordinarily high level, utilizing a broad range of professional content, without compromising an iota on clean, kosher content.”
Others animatedly described their experiences in the course with warm words of appreciation to its founders, directors and lecturers. As one alumnus put it, “Ashrei chelki! I feel so fortunate to have been part of this outstanding group. We all gained tremendously from the Foundations of Therapy course which ended just yesterday and left us all feeling deeply inspired and passionate about using what we’ve gained to build others.”
